Located on a prime spot, just steps away from the Puget Sound, Surf Ballard is known as Seattle’s premier surf and stand up paddle shop.

We have everything you need to take advantage of Washington’s unique waterways, whether you want to walk across the street and take a cruise on one of our stand up paddle boards or drive to the coast for a surf session.

We host a variety of surf related events, from surf movie nights and SUP races to barbecues with live music, and art openings.

Need a lesson before getting wet? The instructors at our Washington Surf Academy offer a full roster of one of a kind stand up paddle lessons and surf camps.

And, new this year, we’re proud to offer the first stand up paddle yoga classes in the entire state, through our latest venture, WASUP Yoga.
